Why we're building ClubFellow
Most clubs run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, chat threads, and bank transfers nobody can trace. We think organised communities deserve better tools.
Who we are
ClubFellow is designed and built in Cyprus by people who run clubs themselves. We've chased unpaid membership fees, copied phone numbers out of spreadsheets, and watched important announcements sink without a trace. At some point it stopped feeling like volunteering and started feeling like unpaid admin. So we built the tool we wished we had.
What we're building
A club management platform: one mobile app where announcements stay visible, events collect real RSVPs, decisions are put to a proper vote, and membership fees collect themselves through Stripe. Admins get the full picture of their club. Members get one app instead of five.
How we work
- Clubs first: every feature has to make running a club genuinely easier, or it doesn't ship.
- Simple over clever: if a feature needs a manual, it isn't finished.
- Private by design: no ads, no data selling, no profiling. ClubFellow is funded by Pro subscriptions and a small payment fee, not by your members' attention.
