Welcome to ClubFellow. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities on your account are your responsibility.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to share content that is offensive, harassing, or harmful to others.

3. Club Admin Specifics

Club admins are responsible for the data of their members and must comply with all local privacy laws. ClubFellow reserves the right to suspend any club that violates these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Club subscriptions are billed annually at €9.99 per year, following a one-time registration fee of €15.00. The first year of the subscription is provided free of charge. We offer a 100% refund within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied with our service. Fees are processed via Stripe. Your annual rate is locked at the time of registration and will never increase.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClubFellow is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.
